The method

A framework for seeing the whole system

Systemic Approach and Dynamics is the author’s applied methodology for analysing complex systems: families, teams, organisations and communities. It teaches you to look beyond a single situation to the structure it belongs to — who is part of the system, which positions and roles it has, how exchange works, and where the same tension recurs year after year.

The core instrument is spatial modelling. The elements of a system are represented with figures, and their arrangement makes visible the relationships that are hard to grasp in conversation. In the training you learn to build such models, read them, formulate hypotheses and test them.

Structure

Every situation is part of a larger system with its own logic.

Behaviour depends on the place an element holds in the system.

Dynamics

Recurring patterns point to the system’s imbalances.

Vladimir Pypin

Independent educator and author of the Systemic Approach and Dynamics methodology. I have worked with the systemic method since 2015 and hold a diploma as a trainer of seminars and group facilitator in the systemic constellation method.

Before teaching, I spent more than fifteen years in business. That is why my programs give a company the same attention as a family: it is also a system with its own structure, roles and rules.

Frequently asked

Do I need prior experience?

Not for the thematic modules and the practicum. For the advanced course, the entry requirements are discussed at the introductory interview.

In which language are the programs taught?

In Russian. All programs are held online, so you can study from any country.

How is the cost determined?

It depends on the program and its scope. You receive the cost in your individual learning plan, together with the invoice.

What does the certificate confirm?

That you have completed a specific non-formal education program with the author: its title, scope and dates of study. It is a private certificate, not a state diploma or qualification.

Is this psychological counselling or therapy?

No. This is training: you learn the method and how to apply it yourself. The programs are not psychotherapy or psychological or medical help and do not replace them. If you need such help, please contact an appropriate specialist.
