Terms of Educational Services

1. Who provides the services

The services are provided by Vladimir Pypin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (the “Author”). Details are given at the end of this document.

The student is an adult (18 or older) who has applied for and paid for a program (the “Student”).

2. What the services are

The Author runs online non-formal education programs based on the author’s Systemic Approach and Dynamics methodology: thematic modules, the Private Systemic Practicum and the Advanced Methodological Course.

The programs are not state educational programs. They do not lead to a state-recognised diploma or qualification and do not entitle anyone to practise a licensed profession.

The programs are educational. They are not psychotherapy or medical, psychological or other specialised help and do not replace it. If you need such help, please contact an appropriate specialist.

3. How the contract is concluded

• You submit an application on the website or contact the Author directly.
• The Author holds a free introductory interview to discuss your goals, experience and a suitable format.
• The Author sends you an individual learning plan and an invoice stating the program, its scope (number of sessions or hours), an indicative schedule, the price, currency and payment deadline.
• The contract is concluded once the invoice is paid. Payment means you accept the learning plan and these terms.

Before a contract is concluded, the Author may decline to provide training without giving reasons, for example if the format does not fit your goals.

4. Price and payment

The price is stated in the learning plan and the invoice. Prices are not published on the website.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the entrepreneur’s account in Georgia or by another method stated in the invoice. Payment in instalments is possible by agreement.

Fees charged by your bank or payment service are paid by you. The Author charges nothing beyond the amount in the invoice.

5. How sessions work

Sessions are held online in Russian via video call. The Author sends the link in advance. You need a device with a camera and microphone and a stable internet connection.

The schedule is agreed in advance. To reschedule a session, let the Author know at least 24 hours in advance. With later notice or a no-show, the session counts as held.

If the Student is late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If the Student does not join within 15 minutes, the session counts as held.

If the Author reschedules a session, it is held at another convenient time at no extra cost. If rescheduling is impossible, the session fee is refunded.

Sessions are not recorded. Neither party makes an audio or video recording without the other party’s separate written consent.

6. Learning material and your own cases

The training uses your own life and work situations. When you talk about other people (relatives, colleagues, clients), please do not give their names or any details that would identify them.

The Author keeps confidential everything the Student shares about themselves and others in sessions and does not disclose it to third parties, except where the law expressly requires it.

7. Certificate of Completion

On completing the Private Systemic Practicum or the Advanced Methodological Course, the Author issues a private Certificate of Completion.

The certificate is issued if the Student has attended all sessions in the learning plan and completed the final assignment, if the plan includes one.

The certificate states the Student’s name, the program title, its scope and the dates of study. It confirms completion of a non-formal education program with the Author. It is not a state document of education or qualification.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

You may stop the training at any time. The fee for sessions not yet held is refunded. The Author charges no penalties.

• Within 14 calendar days of payment you may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, as provided by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights. If sessions have already started at your request, you pay only for the sessions held and the rest is refunded.
• After 14 days, the fee for sessions not yet held is also refunded, less only the Author’s actual costs of making the refund, such as bank fees.
• No refund is made once the program has been completed in full.
• If the Author ends the training, the fee for all sessions not yet held is refunded in full.

To withdraw, write to hazabenza@gmail.com. Any clear statement is enough, or you can use the form in section 13. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receiving your message, by the same method used for payment unless agreed otherwise.

The price of one session is the program price divided by the number of sessions in the learning plan, unless the plan states otherwise.

9. Copyright

The Systemic Approach and Dynamics methodology, learning materials, diagrams and exercises belong to the Author.

The Student may use the knowledge and skills gained in their own life and professional work. Copying, publishing, selling or passing on the materials to third parties, or teaching under the name of the methodology, requires the Author’s written consent.

10. Liability

The Author is responsible for delivering the training in the scope and manner set out in the learning plan. Results also depend on the Student’s participation and independent work, so the Author does not guarantee any specific personal, professional or financial outcome.

The Student is responsible for the decisions they make in their own life and work.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, such as widespread communication outages, natural disasters or decisions of public authorities. In that case sessions are rescheduled or, if that is impossible, the fee for sessions not held is refunded.

Limitations of liability in these terms apply to the extent permitted by Georgian law and do not restrict the rights the law gives a consumer.

11. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to hazabenza@gmail.com. The Author will reply within 10 working days.

The parties will first try to settle any dispute by negotiation. The contract is governed by the law of Georgia. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court of Georgia with jurisdiction under the law.

You may also contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. These terms do not deprive you of rights that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer, where that law applies.

12. Changes to these terms

The Author may update these terms. A new version is published on the website and applies to contracts concluded after its publication. Training already paid for is governed by the version in force on the date of payment.
